Objective


With the 5 Broadgate building UBS builds a representative main headquarters in London. The move to the new building (approx. 70'000 ²) begins in the second half of 2015. In the course of the consolidation of the existing properties the FM services will be tested and adjusted to the needs of the future. In doing so the simplification of interfaces, the bundling of contracts and service provision with strategic partners will be sought after in order to efficiently ensure the operation of the new building.
