Objective


SBB Real Estate Management leased an office building in Olten in which workspaces of various locations (Olten, Lucerne, Basel) are to be placed together. SBB Immobilien designed the building in the tenant improvements so that it complies with the requirements and standards of the SBB. 700 workspaces in multi space office for 900 employees in a desk sharing model will be available. With the function of the sub project management operation RESO ensured diverse topics such as the creation of an operating concept, the submission of the FM provider as well as the equipment and the moves of the employees.
