Objective


The pedestrian underpass middle (PU Middle) is the main underpass of the SBB in Zurich Oerlikon. It has already reached its capacity limit and with regard to appearance and perception of safety of the travellers requires some work. Further at the same time approx. 40 metres to the West of the PU Middle an intercity district connection between the two districts which lie to the south and north of the train station is realised (PU East). RESO Partners AG was commissioned by the SBB for the planning and building accompanying Facility Management of the overall project as well as the bundling, coordination and processing of the tenant's questions.

  • Planning accompaniment and monitoring of the pre and construction project with regard to FM aspects Optimisation of the later operating costs
  • Creation of an FM operating concept
  • Bundling and triage of the occupier's interests (project direction operation)
  • Expert support of the occupiers in planning questions
  • Monitoring location for implementation of the requirements of the basic construction on the tenant improvements in planning and construction
  • Operational coordination with Franklin Tower project
