Objective


The Wolf Goods Yard in Basel is one of the most important handling of goods locations in Northwester Switzerland. The area stretches for over 150'000 m² and consists of 120'000 m² office space and 37'000 m² in storage and handling space which are used primarily for logistical purposes. Because the contract with the existing provider expired SBB Immobilien commissioned RESO Partners AG to rewrite the mandate with commercial, technical and infrastructure related services.

  • Made up of service overviews, quantity structures and creation of the invitation to tender documents (area data, facilities lists, submission text, SLA Standards, etc.)
