Objective


On the earlier industry and business area at Guisanplatz, where Emmi used to produce cheese, an important contribution for a qualitative urban renewal results for the City of Thun. The “Puls” project consists of roughly 150 rented flats as well as office, sales, and commercial spaces. The “Rex” project aims to continue the tradition of the Rex cinema with a new multiplex cinema and in addition contain areas for additional urban use. The area is over 12'000 square metres large. Both projects were planned by Losinger Marazzi AG, the investor is the Credit Suisse investment foundation. During the planning and construction phase aspects of the operational capability should be checked and optimal operation organisation prepared. In order to ensure continual planning an the direction of the operation the submission of the operator services were subsequently implemented.
